Mr. E

Almost nothing is known about Mr.E, except that he is bent on world domination.
He is old and frail, and Dr.A believes that he was responsible for the many
missing artifacts and relics from days gone by, but has no way to prove this.
It is known however, that Mr.E has amassed a huge fortune, and uses this money
to fund Horatio Hawk and his exploits.

It was recently discovered that Mr.E has a soft spot for puppies and kittens!
